Just An Old Farmhouse

I was wandering down a country road, looking for a yard sale advertised on the highway, when I came upon this old abandoned home.

It's just an old farmhouse--but, I couldn't resist stopping to take a look.

I'd give my eye teeth to have an old farm house like that! it would be so neat to refurbish it!

and one thing about you being an "old soul" in your sidebar....my husband's family is from Arkansas and Louisiana and his grandmother has this old wives tale about old souls...according to her if the soles of your feet are wrinkled, it means you are an old soul. my husband is definitely an old soul and has super wrinkly soles...me, i'm not and the soles of my feet are smooth. now when my daughter was born we checked her soles and super wrinkley, and she's an old soul, much older than me! interesting isn't it?!

Walking around this old farmhouse to me (thru your photos) is like a walk thru Macy's for someone else! Must have felt like you found a hidden treasure.

How rare to find that- looks to be in fair condition. I think my great aunt used to have a washer like that.
